XB-12環氧磨石地坪系統  Epoxy terrazzo floor system

★施工工序  Construction process

1、地面經過打磨、除塵、整固等預處理后；

2、采用無溶劑環氧清漆或水性環氧清漆刮涂打底；

3、底漆實干后用無溶劑低黏度環氧樹脂摻石英砂和(或)石英粉制成砂漿漆刮涂；

4、制作圖案層：按預先設計好的圖案式樣將模具用環氧膠或其他高強度粘接劑粘接在砂漿層上，然后往模具中澆筑攤鋪無溶劑環氧磨石地坪漿料而后震動抹平，邊角處采用手工操作，攤鋪厚度高出圖案層設計厚度0.2~0.3mm；

5、在圖案層外側整體澆筑攤鋪漿料顏色和磨石集料明顯不同于圖案層的無溶劑環氧磨石地坪漿料，直至高出圖案層的高度0.2~0.3mm，震動抹平，邊角機械不到之處采用手工操作。圖案層與圖案外側澆筑漿料共同構成磨石層；

6、固化24h后，用打磨機全盤打磨至少2遍后，再用細砂紙打磨至少1遍，使表面平整，無突起；

7、吸塵后鏝刮無溶劑環氧樹脂透明涂料至少2道，以填補磨石層中留下的孔隙，增加涂層的致密性。每遍施工間隔為6~10h；

8、待最后1遍透明漆料至少固化3天以后，至少鏝打1遍水性液體地板蠟進行保養。

5, in the design of the lateral integral casting paving slurry design of color and stone aggregate is very different from solventless epoxy terrazzo floor material layer and until the pattern layer above the height of 0.2 ~ 0.3 mm, vibration, edge horn machinery is less than the place of use manual operation. Pattern layer and the outer casting slurry constitute millstone layer;

6, 24 h after curing, with at least 2 times of grinding machine completely burnish, with a fine sandpaper, at least 1 time, make the surface level off, without ridges;

7, vacuuming trowel scratch solventless epoxy resin transparent paint at least 2, to fill the stone layer in the pore, increase the density of the coating. Each time interval of construction for 6 ~ 10 h;

8, when the last 1 time transparent paint curing at least three days later, at least trowel play 1 times water-based wax of a liquid for maintenance.
